Will Kelsey Park have a Homeowners Association?
Yes – a homeowners association has already been established for Kelsey Park. Membership in the association is mandatory for all single-family lots.
What are the current annual dues for the Kelsey Park Homeowners Association?
Association dues began for the calendar year 2014 and are currently $360.00/year for a single-family lot with a completed residence (as of the first day of the year) and $120.00/year for developed single-family lots without a completed residence.
What expenses will be paid for with the Association dues?
The Association dues will be used to pay for the maintenance and repair of the park, entrances and streetscapes at Kelsey Park as well as the various costs to run the Association (management, insurance, legal, accounting, etc.).
Will there be a community swimming pool at Kelsey Park?
At this time, there are no plans to have a community swimming pool at Kelsey Park.
Will there be a playground at Kelsey Park?
At this time, there are no plans for any playground equipment in the park, only open grassed areas and a walking trail.
